I am super passionate about helping others to be successful, happy and fulfilled. 

 

For as long as I can remember, I have had a very clear vision of how I wanted to live my life. My vision kept me focused on what I wanted to achieve and enabled me to set appropriate goals to see my dreams become a reality.
I have an infectious effect on those around me, resulting in them brimming with enthusiasm, energy and excitement to achieve their own goals.

 

I believe that if someone wants something enough and is prepared to work hard, they can have it. Of course, there will always be obstacles along the way, sometimes even failures, but I have viewed ‘failures’ in my own life as opportunities to improve myself, my life and my future. Remember: Every Cloud has a Silver Lining.

 

My positive outlook on life combined with my “Can do,” “Let’s have a go,” “What’s the worst that can happen?” attitude enabled me to progress quickly through a career in the oil and gas industry (an arena that is extremely competitive), build a successful, inclusive and profitable business, and succeed as an executive of a Fortune 100 company.

 

My many and varied career assignments have added up to over twenty years of coaching experience, often in challenging cultural and geographically diverse environments. I have loved working with individuals and teams alike, helping them to be the best they could possibly be. It has been rewarding to watch the people I have coached become successful in their own right and to see teams transform into high performing units that bring value and success to their organisation.

 

In 2018, I took early retirement to pursue my dream of starting a coaching business and opening an online boutique (www.whishboutique.com). I am delighted to have this opportunity to share my learning and experience, helping people to understand what they want to accomplish in life and how they can achieve it.   I want to inspire people. I want them to say, “It’s because of you that I didn’t give up.”
